I started Whatta-Jerk.com because too many people can get away with petty offenses. I have filed small claims reports in the past with the police department, but that costs me too much time & money. 

   When BRYAN ARPAN totaled my NEW car 3 days after I received my Title, the offender was never located and served.   He got away with trashing me,  not to mention my VW Golf with 400 miles on it.

   Laura Kaplan borrowed a skirt from me for Halloween 2007 and has refused to return it to me.  I've asked her to return it on several occasions.  I'd like it back because that skirt is part of a collection of lengths.  When I have received a response, she is usually very nasty and juvenile.  Her vocabulary is such that she calls names.  

   Laura Kaplan is 20 Years old, from North Carolina and is a Runner. Her boyfriend was originally her room mate in Boulder's Gunbarrel and is 11 years her senior.   He is affectionately known as "BUBBA" he's a "long term" student @ CU and works/worked for a Mexican Restaurant on Walnut in downtown Boulder. 

   She went to Belmont University in Tennessee in 2006, I believe. She told me she wanted to major in Political Science.  She works/worked for The Days Hotel and the Falafel Shop on Pearl Street in Boulder.
